Arrive with clean skin. Avoid trying new skincare products right before your appointment.

Yes. Lessons are available as one-on-one sessions or small group workshops and are tailored to your goals and experience level.
Yes. A travel fee is included within a 40-minute drive Ripon. Locations beyond that range are subject to mileage fee.
Mileage is calculated round trip from Ripon, WI, using the agreed rate and included in your final proposal.
Most services take approximately 45 to 60 minutes per person, and up to 90 minutes depending on the service and level of detail.
A single artist can typically accommodate up to six services within a standard timeline. Larger groups may require an additional artist.
Yes. Early start times before 7 a.m. are available and may include an additional fee.
Yes. On-site touch-ups and second looks are available at an hourly rate, with a minimum booking time.
For bridal and event bookings, the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date. Payments are not collected on the day of the event.
Commercial bookings are invoiced and due within 30 days (net 30) unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of 50 percent of the deposit fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit the entire deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will require full payment, as the date cannot be rebooked.
Commercial cancellations are handled based on the scope and timing of the booking and will be outlined in the agreement.

Yes. A 25 percent deposit is required to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
For bridal bookings, all services must be paid for by a single source. Payment is collected from the booking party, and individual members of the bridal party can reimburse them separately.
